I am extremely happy.
As always, HK exceeds expectations so there isn't much I can add, that has not already been said. The unit was delivered on time, checked every tick box and came with the combined audio cable (RCA jack) from AVR that also combines the auto power on/ off trigger cable. I am extremely happy.

A bit of a disappointment
Subwoofer looks good, neat and compact. I bought it to replace my existing H.K. sub woofer (different model) that gave up after ten years of service. Read some reviews and it became apparent that some people were experiencing a humming/whistling noise from the speaker. Undaunted, I went ahead with the purchase - whoops, shouldn't have done that because guess what - I got the same noise as described on YouTube / Google. Bought the speaker from Germany so I was reluctant to send it back. Contacted Harman Kardon for advice - yes they replied - unusual in this day and age of non-existent customer service. They tried to resolve the issue, but I had more success myself. I purchased a 13Amp socket that incorporated protection against Radio Frequency Interference as well as incorporating Surge Protection. This has had some success in resolving the issue (but not 100%). I am running with this set-up in the hope that it will work, but overall, I am disappointed with the speaker.

Good sub
This was to replace the sub i had of the same type after it getting the flashing light of death, it sounds as good as the one i had and come quicker than expected thanks

Produit non conforme et en très mauvais état. Rayé, choqué, il ne manquerait plus qu'il ne marche pas mais à ce point, pas d'essai, retour direct !
