is anyone else having an issue with the power button?  I've tried all the "reset" things from the website.  Nothing works.  I bought this 6/20/20.

I'm having the same issues with mine and purchased 6/21/21. I reached out to their customer service, and I'm hopeful that they'll send me a new one since we are still covered under the year manufacturer's warranty. Best of luck!

I want to buy the slim size Keurig, but after reading the reviews, it looks it is worthless. Have you all improved it?

I bought mine in mid-December 2021, when my old Keurig suddenly passed after 6 years of wonderful service. Had to buy one of these in a hurry from my local W store. At the week before Christmas, they had limited selection, and this seemed to be the best fit available. I'd had the other one so knew how to care for a Keurig and used my water filter device and filter changes regularly, decaled it 2 months later, used cleaning pods, etc. Within 4 months it was brewing only "partial" cups. More descaling, more cleaning pods, etc. Thought I had it going, but 2 months later, it would barely produce 1-2 ounces. And the pods were melting on the holder. IMPORTANT: I am now waiting for them to send me a replacement under warranty, and they have promised to extend my warranty an additional year and that this defect will not happen again in the new one. I think the problem is somewhere in the engineering for the multi-stream technology or else a water conduit or both. So am cautiously optimistic that the new one will arrive and give me more than 4 months of satisfactory operation. Kudos for Keurig Customer Service. I will update this answer as appropriate. I do wish I'd had the time in December to replace via Amazon, as I know the quality of equipment from Amazon is generally better, even from the same company. I also now own a backup small drip brewer, so if necessary, next time can wait for an order to arrive from Amazon. LOL. 
Aesthetics of the K-Slim are excellent, and the original few months of coffee tasted fine.

Mine worked for a year, and I just purchased a new one. I do not know why there was no help for you. Good product but does not last long. You should return to Amazon as defective and get a new one, that is what I would do.
