My daughter takes one of these daily. They smell and taste amazing. This is a reputable brand with good ingredients. It's organic and does a great job at regulating digestive health. My daughter has been taking these for years. She is 8 now and takes one a day with her multivitamin gummies. Digestive health is more important than you would have thought. It's huge for health especially when our family is young. These can be be taken as an adult. The flavor we get is strawberry and it's amazing tasting. I highly recommend this to anyone.
