We bought this product a while back in preparation for our house move. We have just installed it and the product is completely defective, its does not work at all! The app is unable to detect the lock at all and we are unable to use the lock completely!

Easy install, satin nickel finish not quite the same as Kwikset but like the lock that I have code and I can set other codes if needed and cancel after one time use. I got it after friend had one and getting it to give as gifts

This lock is easy to install and the app works perfectly. So nice to have all the different options to open the door especially being able to send someone a temporary pass.
