Nutritious and delicious...
A great alternative to chicken stock for gravy if conventional gravy not good for you. An excellent base for soups as well, while support collagen and calories intake. Easy to use, pop one in your bag for a cup-a-soup for work. A tad expensive but worth it.

Best bone broth.
So tasty. I buy the chicken broth for my daily “cup of soup” and the beef for cooking. I prefer the powder version to the liquid easier to use and store. It’s a Super Food.

Too much salt?
I bought the chicken instant bone broth and I loved the basic flavour, BUT I also found it very salty. I have to cut most of the salt out of my diet due to medical reasons, but bearing that in mind, I still felt that they ought to reduce the salt as my partner tasted it and he also said it was too salty for him and he puts salt and pepper on everything. I am now going to try the other flavours and see if those are the same.

Delicious
Chicken Freja is a high-quality broth with a rich, savoury flavour that’s absolutely delicious. It’s well-balanced and incredibly moreish—I find myself wanting more with every sip! It enhances soups, stews, or even just as a warming drink on its own. The only downside is the price, as it’s quite expensive compared to other options. But if you’re happy to pay for top-notch flavour, with high protein and collagen it’s well worth it.

Horrible smell, nasty earthy taste and after taste. An expensive waste of money.
I usually buy Honest and Good Chicken and Vegetables. I thought I would try this for the convenience of the sachets. It does not taste good at all. Seems like they've over done it with the ground thyme. Horrible smell, earthy taste and bitter aftertaste. I sprinkled in some Tarragon to the mix, hoping to disguise the horrible flavour. I've got to glug it down like a nasty medicine. It is very expensive, which is understandable, given the amount of time and effort that goes in to making bone broth from chicken bones. However, for me, a disappointing waste of money.

Ok, but not something I’d buy again
It’s ok, but not something I’d buy again. It’s lacking in flavour (other than herbs), and you’d need an awful lot of it to make a decent pot of soup. I’m used to either making my own, or using an organic cube and I think I’ll stick to those. It’s not horrid or anything like that, but just not to my taste and expensive.

Fantastic for ADHD.
Amazing stuff! Makes my skin feel soooo hydrated!! I have adhd & autism and sometimes I really struggle to drink enough water. I feel like this really hydrates me! Sometimes I drink in morning instead of coffee with my adhd medication as you need protein to help medication work effectively & in general need a higher protein intake. But To get max benefits from collagen You want to take with vitamin c as your body cannot absorb collagen without vitamin c. You cannot take vitamin c an hour before or after adhd medication as it stops it working, so that’s also something to consider! I find the convenience, ingredients, low sodium in these fantastic, I put all my family onto them over Christmas and they love them too! Honestly highly recommend!
