Review: Heal yourself from the inside! - Wow... This stuff mixes great into anything. So far I have tried it in a smoothie, in hot cocoa and today I put it in my coffee. I cannot believe how well it mixes in liquid. And it gave my coffee this extra body and fullness to it. I like it so much that idk if I wanna drink coffee without it anymore. It's like the fullness of a Starbucks hot machiatto. I was so afraid that it would be thick and have a weird smell or flavor, but it is truly unflavored. I add almond vanilla creamer to my coffee and if you've tried it it's not as creamy as milk, so the powder gives it that creaminess. I just love it. So I get restless leg syndrome at night a lot while I'm laying on the couch unwinding And I was getting it last night so I decided to get up a walk around. Just so happens my husband asked me if I wanted some hot cocoa. I said sure and I mixed the powder into it trying to test ways to get it into my diet and to my amazement my restless leg pain went away. Coincidence? Idk but wow. I am definitely going to keep up with this product. I am going to do half in the day and half before bed for my leg pain. I hardly ever write reviews but, wow this product deserves my time. Wow... This stuff mixes great into anything. So far I have tried it in a smoothie, in hot cocoa and today I put it in my coffee. I cannot believe how well it mixes in liquid. And it gave my coffee this extra body and fullness to it. I like it so much that idk if I wanna drink coffee without it anymore. It's like the fullness of a Starbucks hot machiatto.
