LUGGEX Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Polycarbonate Expandable Hard Shell Suitcase, Carry On 20 Inch, Silver

Used on vacation including roundtrip air travel. I was a bit concerned about the locks being damaged because the outer cover was made of plastic (metal inside) and it protruded a bit, but it survived nicely. Pros - Didn’t see any damage or scratches after air travel and road trips; Rolls smoothly and very maneuverable; Wheels are very quiet, except on very rough surfaces; Very solid handle (doesn’t wiggle); Surprisingly got several compliments. Cons - Sometimes hard to roll on 4 wheels in thick carpet - still very maneuverable but had to sometimes roll on 2 wheels (okay on thin carpet). The only improvements I could think of are adding a bottom grab handle to make it easier to grab luggage from airport carousel and making sizes conform to airline requirements - I ended up getting the 24-inch as the 28-inch was over the 62 linear inches airline requirement for checked luggage.

EDIT 4/10/24- After posting my review CS reached out within less than 24 hrs offering a full refund. They were very kind, patient, and ready to help fix the situation asap. I genuinely LOVE this luggage set so instead I asked them to just send me a replacement for the large suitcase that was damaged after my one trip. It arrived quickly and exactly when they promised it would. I am very happy and satisfied with the new suitcase and I left up my voluntary video review I did for them on Insta to continue to recommend to others. Updated to 5 stars. Thanks, Luggex CS Team! I have gone on only 1 trip with this luggage set and it came back without half of one wheel and one of the rubber stoppers to lay it on its side missing. I contacted the company shortly after my trip and simply asked if they had the parts for me to purchase and it has been months and I have not heard back. Got this set above others bc of the fantastic cs reviews, but I have not had that experience so I will have to take down my voluntary Instagram review and remove it from my Amazon store.

I have been a traveler for 45 years and have owned many suitcases over that time. This suitcase is by far the best I have used. Both sides have separate pockets to pack smaller items in. It handles effortlessly and rolls so easily. Because it has zippers on both sides it can fit a lot more clothing and the clothing stays put. It also has a very good locking system on it. I would recommend to everyone!

1st no zippers on outside: higher security and higher durability. Other zipper closure bags fail easily. 2nd hard shell case protects contents 3rd easy use locks Items for improvement: - add hasp for paddle lock for none TSA use - for cart handle move columns to extream edge of suitcase. This would make the internal space uninterrupted and more useful Fears: - will the wheels break? - will the latches pop open? Update 2024 April: got a new one and the lining on one side was cut and stitched loose:-( Not perfect, but not a rejection default.
