Arm is not secure
Expected the arm (holding down napkins) to be durable and sprung - quite disappointingly flimsy and unweighted. Not as it appeared in images (definite suggestion of pressure on napkins which does not happen) but still an attractive product. Just don’t expect the arm to hold down the napkins!
