The game is fine, but
The game is fine, but I started playing the ps4 edition "upgraded" to the ps5 edition, that I had borrowed from my public library. I liked it well enough that I decided to buy it instead of checking it out over and over. So I bought the ps5 edition because it's the same as the upgraded edition, right? Wrong. My ps5 didn't recognize them as the same game even though I had "upgraded" the one I started with. So my save on the machine/cloud didn't transfer and I had to download the save from ubisoft. (you have to manually upload saves to the ubisoft cloud. It doesn't do it automatically like ps+ does) But none of the trophies or anything transferred with it, even though I have only played it on my ps5. So in the end I am borrowing it from my library anyway, because I am not starting over since I've completed two areas so far. If I had known I wouldn't have bothered buying it even though it was only $15. I don't think I'll ever replay it, there isn't any branching storylines or anything. It's an ok action game, the mythology is great; I loved reading Greek mythology as a kid and so it's got some sweet nostalgia for me. Once you learn the moves fighting it isn't very hard, but I only have it on normal difficulty. Most of the difficulty comes from the platforming in the Tartaros sections (I hated the Athena's dash one. Ugh.) It's not very hard to spot places of interest with god vision, most places will twinkle or sparkle if you're high enough (morning is a good time to spot ambrosia). I wish you could mark the crystals though. You just have to keep an eye out for those as they won't make the controller vibrate. So if you have a ps5 both versions play and look the same, but the system does NOT consider them to be the same game, even installing and playing only on one system. Even though they say it's a free upgrade to the ps5 version, it isn't really. I don't know if that's just an ubisoft thing or a ps5 thing. This is the only game I have started with the ps4 disc version and tried to go to the ps5 disc version. Maybe it has something to do with the drm on the disc itself, I don't know. I couldn't find any answers online, apparently I am the first person to have this problem. (or I'm not using the right keywords to search)

Quite possibly my favorite game of 2020
When I initially purchased my Series X at launch I was looking for something to play that was optimized for the Series X/S and I ended up going with the new CoD. Don't get me wrong CoD on the X is a visual powerhouse, but it really didn't keep me interested very long, so I traded it in for Cyberpunk 2077 because they didn't have Immortals Fenyx Rising in stock. That night I looked on Amazon and saw that they had it in stock, as well as on sale so I bought the standard edition. I've never been a huge fan of Assassins Creed (though I've heard that the newer games are better) and I know that Immortals was developed by the studio responsible for the highly praised AC Odyssey, but with the visual style of Nintendo's, Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Let me just say that if you've been even slightly interested in this game, do yourself a favor and get this game immediately, you won't regret it. The visuals, while cartoonish have a very detailed Disney quality to the characters and animation. The controls are very easy to get used to, and if you don't like the setup you can map your own buttons. The story is pretty straightforward, but the narration by Prometheus and Zeus keep the story, and events humorous as well as interesting by throwing in different stories about Greek mythology. There are plenty of things like Vaults of Tartaros, and side quests to keep you occupied, and the puzzles can sometimes seem difficult, it's usually because I'm over thinking. I'm playing on Normal difficulty and it seems pretty balanced as far as enemies go, and more seasoned gamers might want to up the difficulty. I've put nearly 40 hours into this game so far and I'm a little over a quarter of the way through the story, though to be honest I'm taking my time and I'm trying to complete everything because I'm having a great time playing. Easily one the best games I've played in a while, and I'll definitely be purchasing the season pass

It's All Greek to Me!
Considering this was the first game I ever purchased for PS5, "Immortals Fenyx Rising" was a delightful surprise that I ended up being unable to put down until I fully completed it. Take one part "Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild", add in some of the deeply-rooted appreciation for Greek mythology of the "God of War" series, and mix with the tongue-in-cheek humor of something like "Ratchet & Clank" and what you get is a shockingly engaging, absurdly funny adventure that goes out of its way to make sure you don't take it seriously. For as cheap as the game typically runs these days, I cant recommend it enough. Truly an underrated gem that shouldn't be missed!

Fazia tempo que um jogo não me prendia na cadeira, que fosse divertido, livre e bonito Recomendo demais esse jogo para quem curtir, sem pressa um passeio por outra história que envolve mitologia.
