Where can I see the ingredients of Maggi seasoning?

That depends. In the meantime, I've located the product in 2 different sizes: a 100ml one ("Producto de Mexico") and a 200ml one ("Made in China"). The Mexican lists mainly 'hydrolized soy protein, caramel color'. The Chinese one differs, listing 'water, salt, wheat gluten, wheat…' The contents are listed on the right hand side of the bottle when you face the Maggi-logo. The Mexican one doesn't taste like much, the Chinese one's better. Both products refer to Nestlé/Vevey Switzerland.

Does it need to be refrigerated after opening? It does not indicate on label.

Yes. Refrigeration is not required, but I do recommended it. Much like soy sauce, the best flavor will last longer if refrigerated.

No. It is a very concentrated umami flavor. It’s amazing!

Is this bottle refillable? I'm planning to buy the big bottle for cooking and use the small ones on the table.

It is CLEAR that THIS bottle is NOT intended to be refillable as the older ones ARE. I'm on the hunt for refillable maggi bottles myself. I have one of these...one time use only...Shame on you Maggi and your profit at any cost MBAs for placing profit above the environment...
