If you are unaware of Global then invest in just one to see how good they are. Supremely well balance, easy to clean, they maintain their sharpness well in excess of other brands. Note that it's wise to invest in a global sharpener too.

Always sharp, sharpen easily (I use a ceramic-with-water knife sharpener), unharmed by dishwasher.

Nice feel to it, cuts through anything with ease. Probably one of the best choices for this type of knife. (I spent like 3 hours researching so just get this one)

I bought this as my ancient beloved knife became lost. sharp knives are sometimes ‘borrowed' to help with outside tasks. I do like a small sharp paring knife for veg prep. This totally fits the bill and has been stashed away from general household view.

C'est un outil qui m'est devenu indispensable ! Ce couteau est d'un tranchant que je n'avais jamais connu. Il faut faire très attention car la pointe ou le côté pointu de la lame situé près du manche percent la peau des mains avec une facilité déconcertante. Le produit est très cher, c'est incontestable. Mais je pense que la qualité est au rendez-vous. Je m'en sers actuellement pour découper des canards gras et l'exercice n'a plus rien à voir avec ce que je faisais avec mes anciens couteaux.

Ist schon der Nachkauf weil mir eines leider abhanden gekommen ist. Liegt gut in der Hand. Ist sehr scharf und hat genau die richtige Größe um vielfältig eingesetzt zu werden. Ist jeden Cent wert, auch wenn es in der Anschaffung etwas teurer ist.
