This one is really good. I first purchased on off brand punch called Officemate which costs more and doesn't have the punching capacity of he Swingline. It was terrible. I ruined three stacks of paper because it came misaligned from the factory and I didn't realize it until I made the hole punches. And then it was really difficult to adjust the punch. So I returned it to Amazon and got this name brand punch from Swingline. It worked perfectly and I really was able to punch 45 sheets without a lot of effort. I highly recommend this punch. Don't waste your time getting Officemate - you'll be disappointed.

Arrived early (typical for Amazon purchases). Very sturdy. Well aligned. Handles 10 sheets at a time without breaking a sweat. It does exactly what it's built for, and at a very reasonable price.

It's a hole puncher, right? Wrong. It's Swingline so you know it's quality. It has a little ruler on it, so you can measure your paper or use it for straight edge. This hole puncher will punch holes and punch holes through paper like none-other. What about those little messy round piece of paper left over? Ha! No more with your baller-status Swingline Hole punch. I've went through reams and reams of paper and still haven't seen one single leftover circle escape the grasp of this high end hole puncher. Buying this hole puncher, at first, it was something I regretted. I had buyer's remorse and almost canceled my order initially. It's a little on the expensive side, obviously. But from the moment I opened up the package, and laid eyes on this beautiful peice of American craftsmanship, I knew I had made the right choice. Before long, I was the envy of the office. Even the guy going through his mid-life crisis and recently bought a high end BMW, -- he was jealous of this gangster no holds bar hole punch. This is a hole puncher for ballers and shot callers. If you want to go and buy one of those weak hole punches from Wally World for $3, go ahead you pleb, but if you want to become an overnight executive -- get this hole punch --- If you do, all of your dreams will come true.

I got this hole-puncher because I needed to punch through about 30-40 pages at a time (printed exams). This thing sliced through the stack relatively easily. It wasn't perfect, so sometimes I had to press down two or three times to fully go through with a clean cut. But I just got in the habit of pressing down a few times before pulling out the paper stack. The little tray to collect the punched holes is a nice touch, but it's a bit loose and can slide out unintentionally, scattering the paper holes everywhere. Solid metal construction. Low-force lever. It's a simple product that works well. I would definitely buy again. The design looks sleek too...black and grey. It looks like a professional tool, so it doesn't look out of place on any office desk. I set mine on a nearby station that contains all my printing supplies. This puncher gets used often, and it has never failed to perform.

I wanted a simple, manual punch that would easily slice through several pages at one time, to replace the one I'd had for years - that was now getting stuck. I carefully chose this one out of many, partly because the description showed that it would fit perfectly on the little shelf I use. So, yes, it does a good job. It's well made and attractive. I like the thoughtful design that allows me to see how it's filling. The only thing is that the dimensions cited are incorrect. The length is shorter at 11 7/8" - no problem - but the width is 3 1/4", not 2 3/8" so it barely fits on my shelf and could easily be knocked off. However, I like it well enough to keep it. If the dimensions are not important to you, I highly recommend this 20-sheet punch.

I bought this because it’s a 20 sheet capacity and I had a ton of stuff to put in a three ring binder. It’s good and strong and easy on the hands.

Die Verarbeitung ist sehr hochwertig, tolles Produkt. Für Deutschland allerdings ungeeignet, da der Lochabstand nicht bei dem Standort von 80mm liegt sondern nur bei knapp 70mm!

The punch arrived damaged, but repairable. Not suitable for A4 size paper ( without a small modification ! ).

The item was broken. Thinking of returning it.

I actually needed a hole punch that had a dot dash dot format but this will do. Great hole punch
