Drone arrived on time and is surprisingly really good. There was a problem with the battery that customer service immediately addressed by shipping a new battery that works just fine and lasts as long as advertised. I also bought an additional battery. This was my first drone and it hooked me right into the hobby. Easy and fun to fly as long as you start up each time in the correct sequence, meaning you should first power on the drone, then power on the controller and let them self sync (takes like 45 seconds or so), and only then should you plug in your phone. I bought a bunch of extra propellers that I haven't had the need to use as I haven't ever crashed it. The gimbal is a bit hard to adjust until you get used to it, you must learn to just nudge the controller quickly to get the correct angle. The camera takes very good videos and stills. I've since bought more expensive drones but I still use this one for daring missions that I don't put the more expensive ones into. I have about a hundred hours or so of great fun with it and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to dip their toes into the hobby without breaking the bank.

I love this thing, easy to setup and operate. Very stable in the wind. Camera is great and stores pictures on my phone. Only advice I would give is buy extra battery. Great product!!

Drone is very stable and capable. Easy to fly for beginners. Great camera as well. Battery life is as expected, approx 20 minutes with minimal wind. If I could improve it at all, I'd add mechanical image stabilization. I would consider this a moderate range beginner drone. Much more than a kids toy, less than professional.

While this drone is a good introduction to the hobby (it is the first drone I have owned) and the photos and video are exceptional, it has one big flaw that has, disappointingly, not been addressed with a firmware fix. The motor that controls the tilting of the camera is ridiculously fast. In only about 1/2 second of pushing the lever on the controller to either tilt up or tilt down, the camera will go all the way from 0 degrees to 90 degrees. This means that the only way to get a partial tilt of the camera is to flick and release the lever as quickly as humanly possible. How this got past quality control is a mystery to me. While I continue to hope for an eventual firmware update to the controller to implement a slower tilt control, another issue has come up, which has prompted me to write this negative review. After having owned this drone for only 9 months, and used it for perhaps only 10 days during that time, I just noticed today when I went to charge the battery, that it has swollen and no longer fits into the drone's battery cavity, not to mention that it is no longer safe to charge to begin with. And it turns out that the warranty provided by Holy Stone is only 30 days after purchase. And a new battery is $60. On paper, this would appear to be a great feature-rich entry-level drone. In practice, not so much. Buyer beware.

Good little quad with nice features.

Great drone.. comes with 3 cords to tether your phone ANDROID OR APPLE to the RC .. have sent it out over 3000 Meters so far .. and that with some tree coverage as well.. only bitch is the battery and the charger ... it will fool you ... says i have full battery .. plug it in the drones ass ... and up i go about 50 meters and the low voltage return happens... don't leave the battery on the charger ... put on the charge about an hour before you wanna fly ... Attiude mode is rather calm ... hovers nicely in doors .. I would have thought this drone would of been a little quicker, but hey .. i just buy em and crash 'em .... lol..

I purchased this drone as a Christmas gift for my son and he fell in love. The features are awesome! The camera quality is excellent and the return home feature works great. Super easy to fly and very user friendly. He usually gets about 30 minutes of flight time on the drone battery and about 1 hour usage time on the remote. High quality material and very durable. Very good at communicating limits for range, height, speed, and battery percentage. Overall great purchase and would highly recommend this drone to others.

I absolutely love this thing. I've had a few toy drones before this. Ranging in price from $50-90. I didn't want to sink too much money into crashing drones. They were hard to fly & keep in the air. When the HS360E arrived I unboxed it right away & topped up the battery & control. Then it sat for two days. I had developed some hesitation & doubt in my purchase. I was afraid this would just be another failure or a purchase, just at 3 times the price. On the 3rd day I finally decided to take it out. From the moment it lifted off & sat there at a dead hover I thought to myself "why did I even wait"? Not just those two day, but why did I wait AT ALL?!? This should have HANDS DOWN, no questions asked been my very first drone purchase! The drone has a beginner mode that limits the altitude height to 95ft & the distance to something fairly close. Once that is turned off the distance can be limited to what ever you pre selected or completely turned off if you chose. It will warn you about runaway & lost drones before turning it all the way off. If you're looking for any sort of actual pleasure in flying a drone don't waist your time on the cheap, toy, dumb drones thinking you'll be saving. This drone is plug & play simple.
