It already had all the apps I needed (Spotify) and all I had to do was sign in. if you want to download an app that isn’t already there you just sign into play store and download. Everything is incredibly east to figure out. I now have WELL over 1000 songs downloaded and i have a password on this thing too. I bought this to bring to camp so that i can listen to music. (No phones allowed). So ill take it to camp and see how it performs in heat Also as for the batterie life i thought that it would be terrible and run out instantly but it it was at 70% and i have been using it for 4 hour and its at 37% now. But it does take forever to charge 😭 Ps: what made me love this product even more is that it cane with a case and headphones too!!!!!!! Pss: it does tend to turn off after a while of not using it but just hold the power button and it turns back on.
