However sometimes I’m short of time and I’m just looking for something simple, quick and tasty. In that case chicken Kiev with some baked potatoes, and veggies is a great alternative. These Chiken Kiev’s made from chicken breast are succulent full of flavour and crisp on the outside. The garlicky filling is quite nice as well. Though they lack the ham and melted cheese (which part of the family prefers). They only require 20 minutes or so in the oven.
