ACCURA 7/8" bore upper guide assembly for 14" band saw complete

I was surprised when I received it because it came with the wheel bearing and the blade guide. There were a few things I had to transfer from my old one and the screws to hold the blade guard didn't come with it and the size of the screws is smaller than my old one. However, I was able to find screws that fit (I just needed to trim them to length) and the part fit perfectly. The locations of the holes for the blade guard are perfect, I can reuse the adjustment posts for the wheel bearing and the blade guide from my old part. In fact, this part looks better made than the original part from RIGID and I am glad that for less than $100 I was able to fix the Band Saw. For what other folks were asking, I would have to have to purchase a new Band Saw. I only gave a 4star for accuracy because of those two screws which didn't match the original (at least from my RIGID). Photos of the installed part (don't mind the mess in my shop).

This guide is exactly as advertised. It fit my Ridgid 14" bandsaw with no issues, easy install. Good value.

Works as needed

The material in the collar, bolt bosses, etc. are much thicker than the original it's replacing. this new one should not crack as the original did. The alignment of the guides of the original were offset by 1/8", this replacement has the guides not offset so it took a little fiddling to get the blade and all to line up, but I was able to. Also, the bolt to fix the unit to the guide post is on the side whereas the original was on the back; but, again, it was something I could work with. I was able to tighten the bolt down on the round portion of the guide post (instead of the flat portion on the back of the post) and the assembly is securely held in place. I've used my bandsaw a few times since the new assembly was installed and it works fine!! I'm glad I found this one with the 7/8" diameter collar since other replacements were with a 3/4" collar.

Installed this in my import bandsaw of unknown brand that I got from a friend. Thicker castings than what was originally installed on my saw. Bearing runs smoothly and came with some kind of synthetic rub blocks. Fit on the 7/8 guide rod perfectly. Very happy and this is miles better than original. I thought about bearings instead of run blocks but went with these because I have heard they are better for cutting wet wood and I will be sitting rounds for turning.

Purchased Nov 2023 to replace broken part on Ridgid Bandsaw Model # BS14002. Fits like a tailor made glove. Had a hard time locating this part and honestly, was doubtful it would fit without substantial modification. Glad to report I was wrong. Was able to utilize both micro-adjust knobs and stems from old part. Only issue with install: existing mounting bolts for attaching vertical blade guard were oversized for this new replacement part. However, if you have two #10/24 screws or machine bolts handy you will be fine. Saved my bandsaw from becoming a boat anchor. THANK YOU!

Product works well on my old grizzly 16 inch band saw. However the provided set bolts were of poor quality. I recommend replacing bolts at installation.

The original bore guide assembly for my Ridgid 14 inch band saw broke and Ridgid didn't stock them anymore , so I found your company on line that stocked the one that would fit. It is well made and fit perfect and at a good price and I am very pleased with it. I have my band saw back working again thanks to you.

Perfect fit for Rigid BS14002 saw including the tapped holes for adjusting thrust bearing and guide blocks.Will also work for King 1401HD(and just about any saw of those configurations,I would think)

Fit perfectly on my old Ridgid 14 inch bandsaw. Easily adjustable and worked great.

Was not for my equipement but I make it fit and everything is good now!

This product was a replacement blade guide assembly for my bandsaw. I did'nt know the make or model of the machine but the part was a perfect fit and is of a better quality than the original part. It arrived in the time promised. I strongly recommend doing business with this supplier.
