Awesome product and customer service
We bought it after running out of ice at our party. Since getting the Silonn Smart Countertop Ice Maker - 9 Bullet Cubes in 6 Mins, 26 lbs per Day, Compact Wi-Fi Ice Maker Machine, 2 Ice Cube Sizes, Portable Ice Maker we have not run out of ice. After 9 months we lost the drain plug. We contacted Silonn through Amazon. They responded, I received the replacement part free of charge. Thank you Silonn for your help and professionalism.

Perfect round ice for our drinks!!
He wanted those round ice cubes and found this machine. Perfect size, fits in a small part of the kitchen counter and makes the perfect round ice just like he likes. Is very light even for my to carry and doesn’t make any noise. It’s perfect

Good supplement to fridge ice maker
We got this when our fridge ice maker broke as we waited for it to be repaired. The Sears agreement for them to repair broken appliances is terrible as it takes a month or longer to get service, but that’s beside the point. Anyway, it makes ice as fast as it can be used, and is recyclable as melting ice is used to make new cubes. The ice isn’t refeigerator quality solid ice either, but it works great when in a pinch. The price can’t be beat either. Five stars!

Marks on left side of it hard to see cause it’s black
This icemaker is really cute and tall and perfect for the counters not too big and fat and bulky like the other ones but this one has some type of marks on it wiped it off and it does not want to literally come off like there’s marks on the left side of it and on the top so I do not think that this is a new machine and if it was used, it should’ve been listed as used to give the customer the option to purchase if they want a used machine

This ice maker is quiet.
I bought an ice maker a couple of years ago that was double the price, and it didn't work as well or as quietly as this one. I highly recommend this one.

This works great. It fills up quickly and the wifi feature is handy.

makes ice. Thats the best thing about it. The app doesnt work well and connection isnt good and if you loses power at all it doesnt turn back on just overall disappointing
