Had this phone for a few months now. Great battery life I charge it every 2 or 3 days. Very durable I work in a rough work area and I'm not worried about it at all. Highly recommend.

Pretty good phone, however I am having trouble charging it up, the USB c port is loose.

This phone surpassed my expectations. I purchased it mainly for the ruggedness, battery life and internal memory. What I wasn't expecting was the ability for reverse charging (wireless and wired); night-vision camera (which I've tested and it is exceptional); the host of features under the "Special Function" section of settings; as well as the ability to have ad-ons under the uSmart function. It is a small learning curve for the interface, coming from using Xiaomi phones before, but it's worth the tinkering. This is an initial review and I'm sure the more I use it, the more I'll discover.

Update, seller said mail it back to a storage building in houston tx and i would get refund as soon as it was accepted, it wasnt , seller should be banned from amazon! Update as of 9.16.25 phone did software update from manufacter and now mobile data don't work, Verizon said not there end that manufacturer problem so I was already having trouble that Amazon would not resolve, I found out it only had 1 month return, so now no one wants to handle the issue. What a rip off! Well I have had 3 of these types phones with the thermal cameras, this one was a little blurry on the flir thermal part, so 4 months later it starts losing signal, then while removing sim tray handle breaks off that you pull tray out with, I'm not impressed, Amazon says I can't send back so now I got to deal with warranty through manufacture , so we know how that goes, I wouldn't buy this phone

Update 4/3/2025 After a couple of weeks of back and forth email communication with Ulefone support, I was able to confirm that they do have security updates planned in the next month or two but they wouldn't be out in time for my employer to force my device offline. They said they only plan to issue updates every 6 months or so. They offered to either replace my device (to deal with the other annoyances I mentioned below) or refund my purchase price after I paid to return the device to them. While I will miss the battery capacity and etc of the phone, I have switched back to a Motoroloa device that gets regular updates. I was impressed with Ulefone's willingness to resolve the issue even after I had the phone past the Amazon return window and am increasing the review to 4 stars in reflection of that Original 2-star review ______________ This is a very rugged phone with insanely good battery life. The thermal camera is pretty cool, too. But that's where the positives end. The negatives, unfortunately out-weigh the positives. I paid $600 for the device in November 2024. That was the last month it received a security update. Support tells me that it won't receive another until April or May of 2025. Meanwhile, my employer says they will kick me out of using any work apps on April 5th because it will not have received a security update for 7 months. The phone's (non-thermal) camera quality is awful. Images almost always turn out blurry, and I frequently am unable to scan QR codes that other people have no problem scanning. I routinely have problems with the phone alarms not going off but instead giving me a notification like "alarm did not sound for unknown reason" or phone calls not ringing and instead getting a notification like "missed call because phone on silent" even though the phone WAS NOT on silent/do-not-disturb. To remediate this, I have to reboot the phone at least once per day. Support's solution to this is 1) do a factory reset or contact the Amazon Seller who sold the device to me.

Wonderful phone! Works great. Seller is very understanding and nice to work with. I do recommend the phone. I'm a mechanic and a firefighter this device will prove very useful in both aspects. I dropped it once already 😬 But it's fine 😂

I got tired of staying tethered to a charging cord and worrying about my battery life all the time. I wanted a phone where I could just use it and not really worry about making it through the day. Enter the Armor 27. Phone shipped super quick and arrived fast in perfect shape. Battery life is excellent. Can get about 2 full days on one charge using Google Maps, social media, music, videos, etc. Phone still has headphone jack, which is a huge plus in 2025. Can confirm it works great with T-Mobile (Mint Mobile, specifically). 4g data, calls, etc. Quick charging is great, if I forget to charge my phone I can get a quick top up before heading out the door and know I'll easily make it through the day. Everything functions as it should. One thing to note is it's size and weight. It's a fairly large phone. And a moderate weight. But it still fits in my pocket just fine.

Great battery life, can go a week before needing to charge. I tried this T27 to not have to carry a stand alone thermal camera. but it keeps on shutting down apps I have excluded from being monitored, skips alarms, restarts but doesn't do a full reboot if the power button is pressed/held by something in my pocket.

best phone ever . comming from an iphone and i couldnt br happier. the battery life is unparreled . the refresh rate 120 hrtz. so many features. almost unbreakable , best work phone ever , and gaming as well.

Battery life is brilliant Absolutely indestructible - I left it in snow! Dropped it! Barely a scratch. No case with only plastic screen protector. However the audio speaker that allows you to watch TikTok YouTube or take calls, died in less than 1 year. You get sore wrist using it because it weights 500g. Camera is bad. I tried to take photos of northern lights friends with Apple, Samsung and Google Phones all got great photos. I got terrible photos as ISO caps out at 800. The audio speakers did make it basically unusable for anything except for a camera

Great phone. I'm had had several Ulefone phones over the years and this is far the best one. I had small problems with the phone app crashing but with the help from their tech support I was able to figure out that it was a smart watch app that was causing issues..Great phone I highly recommend it and the tech support was wonderful

I really like it no issue with it at all.

I've had this phone for about 6 months.. it is durable.. but besides that the earphone speaker barely works.. the phone will randomly restart, even if you're on a phone call with someone.. even better when you're waiting on que for a phone and finally get a hold of someone and phone decides to restart.. I spoke to some people from ulefone and they told me to run tests.. I wouldn't recommend doing that.. because you will get charged with a 911 charge.. went through the tests. And the phone somehow randomly called 911... I was considering getting another ulefone with the thermal image camera.. but figured I would get something a bit cheaper just to see what the phone was like.. and another thing . This thing is terrible for notifications.. I FaceTime my son twice a week.. I will put all the notifications on, I'll ad to priorities, went through all the options.. and it will not display or even show any notifications unless I am on the app and have messenger open.. I'd probably recommend a Sonim or something else over this.. they wanted me to send the phone in and wait for a replacement to come in.. a company that doesn't stand behind their product..
