3000mAh PS5 Controller Battery, Rechargeable PS5 Battery Pack, DualSense Batteries Replacement for PlayStation 5 Controller (Not for PS 5 DualSense Edge)

I replaced my old controller battery, which only lasted about 1 hour or so, and I have to say that I charged the new battery just once and played a couple of times for more than a couple of hours, and still had charge for a few more sessions. Recommend it, easy to install, and it cannot go wrong for the value for the money.

Works as promised. It’s been a few months and still holding a charge well. Saved money from having to buy a new controller.

This battery advertizes itself as a 3000 mAH battery, witch I thought could be acheived as Sony used a less energy dense battery construction in order to make that battery safer, HOWEVER this battery is just a 1000 mAH battery in a fancy case and false labeling. NOT ONLY THAT, but there are 3 wires on the battery, red and black for power and ground, and the white wire for temperature. The temperature probe is VERY important because without it, the battery could get too hot and catch fire. THIS BATTERY DOES NOT HAVE A TEMPERATURE PROBE, it just has a resistor to trick the controller into thinking that the battery is ok. This way of wiring up a battery only works if nothing ever goes wrong with the battery, but if there is a fault in the battery, the controller will not notice and it could catch fire.

Work great about 6 min to install

Still not sure. Installed and fit fine and they work, BUT not sure they have much more functional capacity battery life than stock battery. Time will tell. Trying to fully drain and recharge a few times. Tool kit was handy. Good replacement for the price at least.

what can i say you dont have to be tech savy to do the battery swap very easy process.Plus it comes with everything needed tools battery.No cons just pros the battery actually lasts longer than the one it originally came with so for me its a win totally recommend to anybody.

It works like a charm. Easy to install. But noticeable size difference.
