Good product. Does its job well.

These are my favourite dishwasher tablets. They do’t leave a reside or strong smell, dishes just come out clean. We live in a soft water areas so not sure if that helps but I have tried various ones on the past and these are definitely the best. They are also a lot better that their ‘sister’ version of the all in one be ecover which doesn’t seem to clean as well and leaves things a bit streaky. PS - we don’t rinse dishes first unless they are really dirty and are washing on eco 50 short cycle!

These are great for homes with their own water treatment systems. They clean as well as the more mainstream ones and are kinder for the environment. We use them all the time.

I am using Ecover tabs because all the other big brand's will bleach the colours of mugs and plates. Your colours will stay nice and bright. Also I can not stand the strong scent of the other brands. Again this is not the case here. I would have given it 5* but sadly I have to agree with other users that after a while the glasses came out with a white film. I have completely solved this problem by using Finish Sparkle rinse aid. I used to have a cheap supermarket own brand before. Brilliant result and hopefully still a little bit better for the environment.

Great dishwasher tablets, they leave dishes sparkling and smelling fresh without containing any plastic.

Terrible product. Not “eco” as each tablet is wrapped in non recyclable plastic. Not a dishwasher tablet because it doesn’t wash dishes.

These tablets do an excellent job on all my crockery, leaving no residue. My glass items always come out clean and sparkling, and I live in a very hard water area. I add salt separately to the dishwasher but no rinse aid. I use a 45-65° C auto programme. These are not supposed to be all in one dishwasher tablets. Ecover sell those separately. If you use salt as well, you should have no problem. This is what the Ecover website says about plastic wrapping: ‘We wrap each tablet because we need to protect them. They don’t react well to the moisture in the air as this causes them to crumble. We want you to open your box to find tablets, not powder, so we wrap each one. The wraps are made from polypropylene which is technically recyclable but unfortunately there aren’t the facilities to recycle them at the moment. We want to move away from using polypropylene and are actively researching alternative dissolvable films that meet our standards for biodegradability. Ecover was founded on the principle of ensuring biodegradability for any ingredient entering the water ways and we want to continue to stay true to this principle. We are investigating plant-based alternatives that are water soluble and biodegradable and are currently testing a couple of options. We’re not there yet but when we find an alternative we’re confident in, we will switch.‘ On animal testing: ‘All Ecover products are certified by the Leaping Bunny certification - the most trusted stamp of approval for not being tested in animals.’ It is only their parent company that tests on animals. Ecover themselves have always been a very good company. I have used their products since the 1980s.

For the price and the hype surrounding this product, I expected it to perform significantly better than mainstream brands. Unfortunately, it fails to deliver a clean finish. The issues I’ve encountered: - Leaves Residue: It consistently leaves smudges or a film on my glassware and pots. - Inconsistent Cleaning: There is almost always something left dirty after a cycle. - Poor Soil Removal: I’m not even talking about tough, dried-on messes like dough or cream. These are standard food stains left for only a few hours, yet the detergent still can’t handle them. If you’re looking for a spotless clean, stick to the cheaper, mainstream options. This one is definitely not worth the premium price.

It does its job well, it does not have plastic that disintegrates with water like other tablets.

Als spätberufene Geschirrspülerbesitzerin hatte ich große Bedenken, was die zukünftige Haptik meines Geschirrs angeht: in den meisten Haushalten mit Geschirrspüler greift sich das Geschirr ekelhaft an, irgendwie klebrig. Daher habe ich lange recherchiert wie sich das vermeiden lässt: zum einen wohl mit niedrig gewählten Temperaturen und zum anderen scheint es viel mit den Spülmaschinentabs zu tun zu haben. Nach einigen Wochen stelle ich nun fest, dass diese Spülmaschinentabs meinem Geschirr nicht schaden. Sie reinigen hervorragend und beschädigen die Oberflächen nicht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, eine Lösung für mich und meinen Haushalt gefunden zu haben.
