Connected 208 Volt Air Conditioning unit which is compatible. Then it stopped working. Amazon directed me to contact the manufacturer, which I did and was told to connect back with Amazon for a replacement. For some odd reason, replacement isn't available. Amazon advised me to return and repurchase which was quite the inconvenience for us. So I reconnected with the manufacturer directly and without much hassle nor any question asked, they agreed to ship me another transformer.
