I Like It!
I am 72, female, and this is my first time buying collagen powder. I have bad hip pain so I purchased this one that had all 5 types. I put it in my coffee in the morning. It dissolves fine. No bad taste. I've only taken it for 3 days and I swear my crepey skin appears to be less crepey! Unless it's all in my head, the pain in my hip seems better too. I slept real good last night and I usually don't because of the pain. I will try it for a month and if I see more improvement in my hip and skin I will purchase more.
