The Moog EP-3 was a fabulous expression pedal, but it is a discontinued item at this time. It's made of plastic, but so is the Roland EV-5. It works well. The pedal is built pretty well with the exception of how it connects to the pot (it's a plastic connection) it has held up so far but I do not know about the long term. The pedal is a good size and heavy enough not to move around while playing. It feels comfortable and also has a volume control knob to set a limit to how low the signal will cut out. It has a trs cable with lots of length and a polarity switch on the bottom.
