Does anyone boil this before wicking a coil?

Because no chemicals have been used, you don't need to. It wicks perfectly. Just be aware to pads are smaller than other makes; 60mm x 50mm.

Are these good for 'Scottish rolled wick' use in vape

Yes just take of top thin layers and stretch out thin so you can see through and roll great cotton for wicking
