Caffeine buzz or kick?

The amount of caffeine is very small and used simply as a carrier for the formulation. Sinus Plumber headache formula will not give you a "Caffeine Buzz" or any energy boost at all. Even people who are sensitive to caffeine won't notice any caffeine effects at all.

How many times a day can you use it?

No restrictions on how many times a day...non habit forming,no drugs in it.Its homeopathic,which I never really beleived until using this product and it works when no other I used did.

how much caffiene per dose/squirt?

The instructions state to squirt two in each nostril, and that is what I do.

What do you do if the sprayer is not spraying a fine mist but is spraying a concentrated stream instead?

Try pressing down on the top to make sure it’s clicked in well and make sure the clear cap Is removed from the top. Also make sure the protective clip is removed so it can spray properly. Then shake it up and try spraying straight up until you get a mist. If it turns out the top is defective in someway, then request a replacement or a return wherever you bought it. If any reseller gives you a problem with a return or replacement, contact the sinus plumber company directly and they will take care of you immediately no matter where you bought it.
