I've been using Body Balance for well over ten years now and find it to be one of the best supplement products out there. I'm a chiropractor, so I know a lot about nutritional products, and there are a few rules that make a supplement stand out among others. The first thing is that it is a "whole food." That's very different from many vitamin and mineral products that are produced in someone's lab, as those products don't contain the many phyto-chemicals, micro-nutrients and other unknown ingredients found in nature - and in the balance or ratios that they are normally found. The second quality to look for is that the product contains a good variety (and color) of plant-based ingredients for a broad-based source of nutrition. However, I would beware of those "natural" products that advertise a shopping cart of fruits and vegetables in every pill, as no one can possibly get an effective amount of each ingredient in a few small pills. The third quality is that the product be in liquid form. This is important, as we only absorb a fraction of the nutrition in many foods that pass through our gut. However, liquids are much more absorbable. The other advantage that Body Balance has over many companies that may offer a good plant-based, liquid product is that it sources most of its vegetables from the sea - thereby avoiding the question of the nutritionally-depleted soils that we have, due to over production. There are some other products on the market that check all these recommendation boxes, but I have found Body Balance to be an excellent supplement, where you don't have to worry about what or how much of each mineral or vitamin you're getting. It's all there, in the way it's found in Nature. It's simple, and you don't need to spend money on a ton of products. By the way, despite my raving words, I am not in any way being paid for this review.

Body balance is one of the best supplements on the market. I’ve been using this stuff for over 25 years. I used to sell it and had a lot of friends that had great results with it. I was never able to take it two times a day and I can’t sleep once a day is plenty

The taste wasn’t bad at all and you only need to use 1/2 cup per day, it lasted most of the month. Not sure why it says only 8 servings on the bottle? I was going to purchase again but reading reviews outside of Amazon, I hesitate to buy due to what this really does for the body. I like to order from Amazon since there is no being tricked into a subscription on the actual product site. Overall, I may order again but it is quite expensive given that I’m not really sure what the benefits are.

I have been taking this product for years. It is a great supplement for overall well-being...I call it my happy juice as it smoothes over my rough edges. Once your system is saturated, it does wonders for aches & pains then without even taking it everyday it continues to block pain. I know this because when I stop taking it for awhile my body can get rushed with pain. They have another supplement that targets pain, that one must actually be great if this one helps so much! It can also help with regularity. I used to be on autoship directly from the company but the only shipping option was FedEx & it got to be too expensive. I decided to check Amazon for this product & was happy to see that they sell it. That is my experience with this product. In my opinion, you can't go wrong even if taking it for a general sense of well-being!
