He’s been very hard to fit with regular halters and this fit perfect. ( normal mini halters would not reach around his head to buckle and yearling fits but too big across his nose. ) The rope has a soft by sturdy feel. I would have given 5 stars except mine has a twist in the nose band, not like the picture. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Too Small in Two Sizes - Update *by J***S on Reviewed in the United States on February 7, 2019* I have 2 horses who wear Cob size standard nylon halters that fit perfectly. I ordered this halter in Cob and it barely fit over the bottom of their muzzles. I ordered a second one in Horse size and it only fits a few inches up their muzzles. Plan to return them, but have no idea what size to order that will actually fit. Appears well made and shipping was prompt, but there needs to be more explanatory size info. I wanted a rope style to minimize the appearance of a halter and blend into their coat color for a photo session. Update - company graciously offered a halter to compensate for the inconvenience of ordering 3 times and indicated that they have updated their measurement chart to increase order accuracy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One Star *by K***N on Reviewed in the United States on April 30, 2017* The quality looked good, however did not fit our miniature, way to small. After seeing my review, Hunters Saddlery sent me a larger size halter, free of charge.
