how long does it work without charging? normal use. thanks

I run my own business so use it a lot and an overnight charge will generally last all day although it's fairly low by late afternoon. I have in-car charging cable to top it up just in case.

I dont have the option to set up hotspot in manage connections or set up my email account, has anyone else had this problem?

Hi thereYes, these options only show up if you've got BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) enabled. In order to get BIS you need to ask your mobile provider. Best thing is to open an internet chat or phone them.Hope this helps.
