Will it remove engine oil from a block paved drive?

Hi It will break up oils so with washing up liquid it should work fine but I have only ever used it on engines. buz

Yes, it should do, with the following provisos, the paper type and the amout of oil. If the paper is fairly robust and it's only a small spot of oil dabbling it off with a soft cotton cloth with the degreaser applied to the cloth. I won't apply it directly to the blind as it may cause the oil stain to spread with the solvent. If it's a very thin paper (similar to those types used by traditional Chinese craftsman) I personally wouldn't even try, if the blind is a family airloom or was exceedingly expensive get a professional restorer (with good history) and get their opinion. If it was cheap and still available just replace it. Hope this is of some help. Paul.

It will probably do it, but you may end up using a lot of it. And it’s not cheap. I would look for something cheaper, at least to get the worst of the grease off first.

Can I use this on paintwork to remove grease as well as concrete for use on diggers ?

yeah it will remove grease and oil off a painted surface, might just tarnish the color a little bit tho, would try a little bit somewhere you don't see often just to try it, this isn't really cut out for removing concrete unless the mix is still wet but then you may as well use water, try using a heated power washer first and stick some truck-wash thru it
