Great piece of parchment paper: feels like good quality and has been holding up the grease very nicely.

Great product and free of so many harmful chemicals

It's expensive but worth it. Things never stick to this stuff and it doesn't tear easily. If I couldn't buy this anymore I'd probably invest in some silicone liners. I couldn't go back to the cheap stuff

I would have given this 5 Stars as it's much better than the two different makes of baking parchment I've already bought, but it's still not "exactly" what I'm looking for. "Once upon a time", greaseproof paper was more like tracing paper and we used it for both purposes as kids. I bought some of the If You Care Jumbo Baking Cups too and the paper that they are made from is much more like what I'm looking for, but would like it on a long roll. However, this is a good quality product and I will be using this instead of my "mis-buys". Would buy again.

Fast and efficient delivery of an excellent quality product.

This is the best parchment paper ever. Since I first stumbled across this product I will not use any other parchment type paper. It really is non stick and when I use it in a tray for oven baking salmon nothing soaks through onto the tin, hence I do not need to wash the tin out, excellent! When used on a tin for baking biscuits or scones it remains strong enough to withstand baking the whole batch and again no washing up needed! Strongly recommend. It may seem a little expensive but it lasts for ages and well worth every penny.

I don’t usually give reviews but this is an exception. This product is great. Everything about it is good. The parchment paper is so good, I can use it multiple times when I’m baking making it quite cost effective. It’s packaged well, is environmentally friendly and it’s a huge roll. What’s not to like!

Can't live without this. I use it for all sorts of non-obvious things now - separating my chops and fish steaks when I put them into glass container to freeze (so I can take out one at a time without them all sticking together). I also cut it into discs and line the top of jar lids with one to stop BPAs from the lid leaking into my food. Aside from that, it replaces all the usual things, like standard parchment, non-stick coatings, and aluminium, etc.

--My favorite parchment baking paper. I much prefer it over the typical rolls of white parchment paper. The width of this paper is a little over a foot- maybe 13", which I think it is little narrower than the typical brands out there, which tend to measure 15" wide. I prefer this size, it suits all of my baking needs thus far, and I have been using this brand for several years. --Brown, Unbleached, and chlorine free. --Microwave safe and oven safe (to 428*F) --Sheets can be reused. --While I typically use it for baking cookies and such, sometimes I use it under meats instead of tin foil. If the sheet gets too wet, it can tear which is not out of the norm. --Some types of parchment paper have a matte side and a shiny side, this is the same on both sides- just basic brown paper that resists sticking. -- the container for the roll is all cardboard. The spot that runs the length of the container that is used to tear the paper is also cardboard; just has an edge to help the paper to tear. This is not perfect. Sometimes it tears easily, other times I find it easier to just grab a pair of scissors. This has never been a hindrance to my purchasing this product, but it could be a turn off for some, especially if used to other brands of bleached paper. --budget friendly. While I don't usually rate based on price (as everyone can determine for themselves what works for their budget), I do like to give a shout out to companies that make it reasonable to purchase their product on an on going basic whether it is purchased in store or on line. I first discovered this product alongside other typical parchment papers on the store shelf. The healthier aspect of it was appealing, as well as look of box, and the price as well. Sometimes it has been a little more than other offerings, sometimes less, but either direction the price has been about the same.
