Once it disconnects you have to reach round the back of the ps5 pro to take out the dongle, plug it back it and then reset your headset. For single player games it's annoying but not the end of the world... however when playing competitive fps games it's simply not good enough for the price tag. You get a free "PS Link" wireless USB adapter, and it works on both PC and PS5 (as I tested). You also get Bluetooth connectivity to, for example, your phone. You shouldn't use Bluetooth for competitive gaming as it has high latency. And lastly, you get a 3.5mm audio/headphone jack for wired connection (sadly, you can't use it without turning on the headset, unlike other Sony headsets).
