Gets the job done, works better than some chef knives.

I love it. I can use it for all sorts of things including cutting block of chesse.

Perfect weight and size, very sharp.

I bought this to complement the wood block set of 16 it’s a match. It appears to be nice and sharp but there is no sheath for it nor is there a place to put it in the wood block set of 16 that was $150+ I wish there was that’s why you get 3 stars and not 5 it should come with a sheath people don’t keep there knives in a box this will be put in a drawer but I am sure the edge won’t last in there with the other utensils. And I hope the heck my wife doesn’t cut her hand because there is no way to protect the blade

Damaged on arrival. The tip of the blade seemed to be blunted/bent, likely from transport. Otherwise, blade seems good and in good condition.
