It's a great pre workout not chalky and desolves quickly add ice in summer it's a game changer especially at work with heavy lifting just remember to drink slow as drinking fast can make your face feel really tingly

I've given it five stars because it's gives a good energy boost! However millions bubble gum is not the flavour for me! It's a bit too far along the on sweet chemical end of the flavour spectrum, I drink this for the effect so the taste is almost irrelevant to me, next time I'll try a different flavour.

I like C4 just my preference i didn’t overly enjoy the flavour but i definitely feel performance wise it does help with your workout
