Excellent rod for excellent price.
Even though the price for this rod isn't expensive, it still out performs every other rod I've ever use. I caught so many fish from big to small with this rod ever since I received it. I love this shimano solara rod because the strength and power this rod has is unbelievable. I'd push this rod to the limit and it still is in very good condition. Definitely recommend this rod for every fisherman out there.

My go to pole
I have been a big fan of Shimano for quite some time, so when it was time to upgrade My gear I wanted to find an affordable option with a trustworthy brand. The pole has been great so far and has been put to the test, landing several fish over the past couple of weeks. I highly recommend Shimano products.

Amazing Value For Money
I’ve used this rod for the past few weeks and I’ve put this thing to the test over and over again, and it’s stood up every time, amazing value for money, this is my go to rod for inshore, Pair, and bottom fishing, here’s a picture of a 6 lb King fish that was honestly light work for this rod, great bang for your buck!!!

Lightweight. Color scheme looks nice. Paired it with a penn pursuit 3 size 3000. Perfectly balanced. Braided line works flawless.

I see reviews about reels not fitting this rod. I matched this rod with a piscifun carnivore 5000 reel and the reel seat fits perfect.

Excellent Rod
Shipping was quick and rod was mint when it came in. Have used a few of these rods over the course of time and always loved them. Sensitive enough to feel smaller fish and strong enough to handle the big boys. Also a good, inexpensive rod if you’re teaching someone or learning how to fish
