I find that, using a 1qt bottle I am able to use about half of the packet per bottle and it's more than flavorful enough, and I personally find a whole packet for the same to be overwhelmingly strong. Since it drives my thirst a bit harder too, I usually end up drinking even more water in addition. Awesome stuff! Definitely easy to overdo it with though. I would NOT recommend using these to just flavor your water if you're looking to do just that, there are other flavor options out there that won't throw your electrolytes out of balance. This is a sodium/potassium/electrolyte supplement and you CAN overdo it. If I use more than one a day, I find there's a noticeable increase in my Blood pressure. Use responsibly, otherwise you could very well end up hypernatremic, which isn't good for you either. Review: This stuff does taste great!
