After years of purchasing name brand ink I decided to give value priced ink another try. I decided to buy a set of Smart Ink 934XL black and 935XL CMY for my HP Officejet Pro. I had to wait several weeks for my old HP cartridges to be used up. Didn't have to print much at the time. The Smart Ink 935XL cyan cartridge was the first to go in. I installed and followed the included instructions. Worked without any issues. Print quality was good. I was relieved it worked right off the bat. A month later I installed the Smart Ink 934XL black cartridge. Followed the instructions and again printed without issues. The magenta was the next cartridge to be replaced. I installed and followed the instructions. This time the magenta didn't print right away. After performing a level 2 print head cleaning it worked. No big deal. The instructions mentioned this maybe needed. Our house go days without needing to make a color print. During long spans of no color prints the Smart Ink 935XL magenta would again stop printing. It would resume printing only after a level 2 print head cleaning. This occurred a few times. After the 3rd time I realized it wasn't going to get better. All of the print head cleanings was using/wasting the ink. At 9pm on a Sunday I reached out to customer service via chat at https://smartink.pro/us/. After a few minutes of confirming my print problem they sent me a replacement cartridge with expedited shipping. The replacement Smart Ink 935Xl magenta worked right away without an issue. The fact that 1 of 3 cartridges (haven't needed to replace the yellow yet) from my purchase had an issue was a bummer, but how Smart Ink Customer Service quickly resolved my issue is terrific. They do stand by their product. I would definitely buy again and would recommend this brand to others.

The ink initially worked fine, but then the black quit working. I contacted Amazon and they put me in touch with the manufacturer. They had an online chat. Kevin picked up my chat message right away and walked me through some troubleshooting ideas. He stayed on the line with me until I had completed the steps. The troubleshooting worked and all of my ink is working great again. I will purchase this product again.

We received our order timely, unfortunately one of the ink Cartridges was not working properly. We called Smart Ink -they were so nice - and overnighted a replacement to our office - it's working perfectly. Thank you so much to Smart ink for the great support service provided.

I was not aware this was a third party ink. It would not work.

Had trouble with the cartridges I ordered, but got on the chat with them, and when I tried to fix it like they said, it still didn’t work. So they immediately are sending me a new set of cartridges

I have recently installed Smart Ink on my HP6830 the message "non genuine HP ink cartridges detected" pops up which is expected and obvious however what i did not expect is when i tried to print colored documents colors were off ex: red comes out more like dark-ish pink , blue comes out a very light purple hence why i would not recommend this item !

Good value and went straight into the printer. No problems.
