We installed this on two steps from the kitchen to the garage in my elderly mother's house. It was easy to install and very sturdy. We like that the bar is not too thick for her to grasp well and that it has the two vertical bars for extra grip area. She needs to use two hands and put her full weight on the bar to go up and down the steps and this gives her plenty of options for hand placement.

Outside Roehling worked perfect for what we needed it for. An older lady loves it, is a good strong quality and she feels very safe with it. Color was good wrapping when we received. It was done well to protect it. Installation extremely easy.

All hardware is included for installation. Quality, attractive, sturdy product. Perfect product for my home entry from inside my garage, Excellent value.

This grab bar has helped my father-in-law navigate stairs in the garage. It was easy to install and seems to be a well made product. There is some wiggle in the connection plate to the bar that was not there at first. Not enough where this is a safety concern but enough to drop a star in the review. For the money and the assistance for my family, we feel this was affordable. I did have to purchase different wall anchors since my wall did not have studs where it was installed. The included anchors were not what I would consider adequate.
