My 2 year old really loves Pikachu. I mean...LOVES Pikachu. He never really liked plush toys but when I found out Jazwares makes Pikachu figures this size and the type of plastic, I thought to myself "maybe he will like this instead." Yup! Even though the Pikachu is a hard plastic rubber...whatever it is made of, it's my 2 year old's best friend. He takes it everywhere he goes, sleeps with it, takes a bath with it. The tail did break off but a little bit of super glue fixed it easy. Only issue is when it's in water, water gets stuck inside so I had to seal any possible holes with super glue and yellow nail polish. I will have to buy a couple more incase the one we have falls apart. It seems like the toy is durable enough to last a bit longer through the abuse my 2 year old is inflicting. Although I do recommend following the age recommendations for this toy.

Cute little figure of pikachu. We used as a cake topper and then toy. If you’re using as a collector item then it’s great as is. As a toy- the tail is weak where it connects to the body and breaks easily.

My son loves action figures that are not too small that are more of medium size. He is just getting into Pokémon, so he was kinda excited when he got it. He doesn't like that the ears and tail are kinda sharp and pointy. I gave it four stars because it would still be a great item for a Pokémon collector.
