Was cheaper when I bought it, but at its current price of £12 it's still great value. I took a chance on it over the plastic ones in the same kinda price range. It's very sturdy and got the job done, with only the occasional nonfire (mostly because when used vertically it can struggle with the last few staples in the block). It's particularly handy that it does different kinds of staples, I didn't see anything else at this price range offering that. I didn't use them all at length (just the normal staples), but they all seemed to function well when I tested them on some pine.

Very sturdy strong staple gun and comes with fabulous strong, sharp staples, BUT, only a few and you can't get any more. I contacted them to find out where I can get more, they sent me a link to a different make, but these are not a sharp or strong and bend more easily on wood.

I have found this stapler to be excellent. I use it in the garden and it has no trouble firing staples into fence posts, etc. Many people comment that it's impossible to find replacement staples. The information supplied with it could perhaps be better. The Presch website says (in German) "Flat wire staples of type 53 F / 8 are suitable for the hand stapler. Fine wire staples, however, are not suitable". The key is that you need flat wire staples. Most on the market are fine wire. The supplied staples are about 1.1mm thick. I bought some made from 1.2mm flat wire and they work fine. If you try to use ordinary fine wire staples, they will either jam or go through two at a time. It's a heavy duty stapler, so needs heavy duty staples. The staples also need an 11.3mm crown (which is quite standard). It says it takes staples 4-14mm long. The supplied ones are 8mm, which is what I went with, but in theory you can choose the right length ones for your job. So in summary, buy staples that are 11.3mm wide, 4-14mm long, and made from 1.1-1.2mm flat wire. The stapler is not currently available, but I thought I'd put this information up in case other people who have it are looking for replacement staples.

I bought this for puttng up low voltage wiring for Christmas lights. The staples are easy to attach to various walls and do not cause a problem with the wires.

But I bought a box of extra staples which are same size as Presch staples, no good, threw them away. Where can I get presch genuine staples from can't find them anywhere. So when I run out its beginning to look like getting a new, different, stapler. Just done an upholstery job on 2 stools, None presch stables were rubbish and would not work, kept having to lift them out.

This is a quality bit of kit, beautifully designed, even down to the minimalist packaging. Great functionality and power, on maximum setting it had no trouble driving the staples fully into composite decking. It feels like it will last a lifetime, superb value.

Compré esta engrapadora hace 5 años y funciona perfecto. La he utilizado para colocar láminas (cuadros) en bastidores de madera y para retapizar una silla y todo a ha quedado súper firme. Encantada con el producto. Es de excelente calidad. Fácil de usar.

Tres bien, facile d'utilisation, simple pour la mise en oeuvre des différents type d'agrafes, paraît très robuste, a voir dans le temps. Petit plus les 600 agrafes fournis dans le package.

Klasse Tacker. Arbeite viel damit. Musste meinen alten wegen defekt aussortieren. Dieser hier hat mich sehr überzeugt. Verschiede klammern lasse sich problemlos verarbeiten. Presch liefert gewoht gute Qualität .
