This actually works very well. I’ve broke my collarbone two years ago and still having pain but on multiple painkillers but this actually makes it feel so much better and I can sleep at night. I would hundred percent recommend it.

Effective, takes a lil longer than swallowing two table spoons of mustard but effective. I keep it on my nightstand. I also didn't experience the burning sensations other report experiencing with other magnesium sprays. I also bought one for my mom who gets bad leg cramps at night as well.

I had read others comments, but I couldn’t believe how well this works on my arthritic knees until I tried it for myself. My knee injections starting wearing off in April. I rubbed this oil onto my knees, back of knees, sometimes on the soles of my feet. It numbs the feeling of kneeling on crushed glass in the middle of my knees. I can also now sleep without a pillow for my knees. Works within 10 minutes. This oil is truly a Godsend. Doesn’t work on my pinched nerve in my neck though. But still…it’s great, so far no injections needed.

This is supposed to be a good way to get magnesium without upsetting your digestive system. I liked that idea. It is easy to use. The only problem for me was that I don't like the smell at all, so I don't use it...too bad, I would have loved to love it.

if you are looking for ace magnesium spray to help with your joint pain help you fall asleep at night time because it relaxes you. This is your go to. We have purchased it bottle after a bottle. Unfortunately it only comes in 2 ounce bottles. That is the only downfall if I could buy it in much bigger bottles, I would be very happy.
