Easy to install, very clear picture and the audio is very clear. Great addition to my condo with a security front gate. Its been installed for a couple weeks working well.

It is important to note that video and audio can be initiated from the indoor monitor to the camera on the outside. It took a lot of research to find this feature. The viewing angle was wide enough. A very good buy!

Great for the price, but beware that the angle of view on the camera is really narrow. So narrow that you actually have to tell people to move a little so you can see them. I installed it about 2 inches from the door frame and I cannot see people that are standing right in front of the door.

I'm impressed! I expected the shipment to arrive quickly - indeed - Amazon showed what it can do. It was supposed to be a gift for my mother who lives in a condominium. She needed something like this. Immediately after the shipment arrived, I went to install it. Everything went as instructed. Easy connections, clear instructions. I set a pleasant sound when someone is at the door. It worked right after connecting. Mom is very happy because she can see - even when it's dark in the corridor and hear who is behind the door, she can talk to him. It is very important for an elderly person not to open the door if they do not know who is behind it. Clear, bright image, clear sound. This is what she and I needed. She is safer and I am more confident about her safety.

This product was very misleading. The wiring is not long enough to connect the camera and doorbell. The video made it seem it was but it is NOT. Since I can’t return the item I guess it’s garbage Def not value for tour money

I am very happy with the video and audio on this unit. It has clear sharp images and the audio is clear. I used cat 5 to the door unit and a heavier gauge to the power unit in the basement running an approx 25 feet to the monitor. Initially I wired the power incorrectly as this is dc and there is a positive and negative connection at both ends. Once corrected the unit surpassed my expectations. I am replacing all my intercom units, 4 , with this system. You do need to ensure the door unit’s camera does not face the sun for a good image and not to deteriorate the lens.
