Using for long time it's a good product, the chopper bowl is broken, cam we order chopper bowl separately

This is a good and handy product.I got this product for 1.7k and this product is cheapest when compared all known brands. Pros: 1.easy to use 2.chopping is faster 3.motor speed is 200 watts so it blend and chop very fast 4.handy compared to mixer grinder Con's: 1.buttons are not soft sense touch..so we have to press it hard 2.Even though jar is made up of hard and quality plastics,but the scratches are oftenly happened in it Overall it is good companion in the kitchen

This is an amazing product. It's been 2 full years since I've been using it and it really helps in the kitchen. I had ordered it solely for my mother since she really cries over onions and then gets a massive headache for it. This tool helps with everything. I especially use the blender tool to make soups. The whisker attachment, I use it to make lassi. Overall good product. Word of caution: Do not use the blender while the soup is still hot because it messes with something inside it and we had to get it repaired. Thankfully we could get the part since Prestige has repair shops everywhere.

Blade broken within 6 months..

Average quality product. Whisker attachment is poorly designed by prestige it gets often loose and fell it on floor. Same is happens with blender also. It plastic knob gets loose with machine and disconnect easily. Both plastic connector are poorly designed and technically not fit with machine. Machine get heats even in 1 minute operation. Disappointed with prestige to take this product.

The product arrived 2 days early to my surprise. Appreciate Amazon for such quick delivery. About the product, this blender comes well equipped with neccecery attachments for day to day requirements. Been 4 days of using it. The built quality is good, attachments fit very easily. Chopping veggies are a delight as it cuts through them in no time. Only thing that annoys me is the press switches, Hard buttons would do better instead of those rubber switches, but its more of a personal choice. Overall its a good buy . Happy customer.

In the package the chopper bowl is found cracked . However, all other parts are in good condition. I would like to replace the chopper bowl only instead of returning the entire product. Anticipating an early action by the seller or the brand. Overall it is a good product, but users need to handle it carefully.

Super happy with this buy. Perfect for quickly preparing baby food or small batches of regular food. Have used it in hot food, in steel bowls and it works just fine. Extremely portable, easy to clean. Buttons could have been a bit more intuitively placed but current design works just fine. Cannot use it for longer than 2 mins continuously especially in large batches, motor heats up. Haven't used the chopper yet. *edit* been using it over 4 years and it’s worked perfectly. All parts have held up well, chopper good for veg(onion come out super fine!) or chopping dry fruits (just two three blasts are enough.) Highly recommended, and although it won’t replace my mixer/grinder it is much faster and easier to use.
