One must ensure they do not keep tea bag immersed for long else it turns bitter in taste. Best tasted and enjoyed when had with healthy snacks (not fried) Upon consumption you will definately feel fresh, energetic and can kick start your day. Before this, I have used Lipton Green Tea (Lemon-Honey flavor) and Tetley Green Tea (Lemon-Honey). I must say that the taste of this one is not so great as compared to Tetley's Lemon-Honey. Needless to say, you will have to add 1-2 teaspoon honey to it. It's necessary for me otherwise I am just not able to drink it. I would however recommend drinking lemon-honey in lukewarm water if you really want to reap benefits. Also, it tastes way better than any green tea available in the market. I don't think green teas are really important. You can always find a nice alternative at your home. And they are super-easy to prepare.
