A very good and effective product with a powerful water stream and multiple modes, including a useful custom setting. The build quality feels solid and premium, and it is compact, rechargeable, and easy to use. Cleaning performance is excellent, though the 200 ml water tank finishes quickly and a larger tank would be better. Comes with two nozzle tips and offers good overall value

Excellent, Outstanding product. Exceeds expectations. Very sturdy, reliable and extremely effective in expelling food particles stuck between the teeth.

Good product after using 10days, only the problem is its plastic pressure nozzle can hurt your gums if unless used carefully. Whole machine water wet if not used thorough properly.

I have been using this product since last one and half year. The performance was absolutely sayisfactory. I am happy to use this and recommended it to lots of people.However since last few days its charging is of no use. It get discharged within minutes. Since warranty period is expired I am not in a position to get any option to sort out this issue. Can you atleast suggest where could I get this repaird.

I had the OG version of this model, OC100, and I bought this after the two of them failed in 4 years. The OC100 had a bigger reservoir than this model, holding 50% more but otherwise quite similar. Due to the gaps in my teeth, flossing is an absolute must and this flosser is a god-sent. I would never go back to manual flossing. The original model works well and so does this new one.Coming to the reliability: The OC100 stopped working just after 2 years of purchase and was promptly replaced under warranty (3 yrs warranty earlier). They sent me a replacement body minus the water tank and asked me to destroy the defective piece, I opened it up to see why it failed before thrashing it. The entire innards were corroded due to water ingress. The replacement lasted another 2 years. It works but is quite noisy and does not have the same pressure. Opened it again and saw grease was everywhere except in the pump where it is needed. (It had no corrosion so I assume they fixed any sealing issues)The current model is not quite as smooth as the original model and it makes about the same noise as my failing one (though it has sufficient pressure). When I see the warranty reduced to 1 year, I ask myself if the company knows about failure rates beyond 1-2 years. I will let you draw your own conclusions.

Do not buy this. Does not charge and so is useless after one month or so.

I recently purchased this product based on a recommendation from a friend, and it has definitely been one of the best decisions I've made for my oral health. My only concern , water passes on the power and setting buttons while brushing. I am wondering how this can work in long run . I got this flosser as I wanted good quality which can last for long time. with this design I am not sure.

Good, complete product. Proper manual and good packaging. Once you set the device up according to your preferences, it is easy in daily use. It memorises the pressure etc. I read reviews of people whose flosser just stopped. The cause might be an overcharged battery. The flosser should be charged with a low output charger, e.g. a computer rather than a high output cell phone charger.
