Funziona bene, no do ' 5 stelle, perché è arrivato rotto, anche se non è una rottura invalidante(la retina del filtro è staccata su un settore in alto, speriamo che non si rompa di più) e poi non è molto6a buon mercato, ma qui probabilmente incidono le tasse doganali. Con l'occasione chiedo ad Amazon se magari potremo ordinare un nuovo filtro, grazie

Es un muy buen producto, hace su función de manera excelente y si lo dejas 36 horas en el refrigerador se vuelve muy espeso tipo queso crema y queda delicioso, súpero sin duda mis expectativas, el refractario es de acrílico trasparente grueso de muy buena calidad al igual que el colador con una malla extra fina que cuela muy bien el yogur del suero dejando un muy rico y deliciosos yogurt griego, no te arrepentirás, subiré fotos de la consistencia cuando vuelva a hacer

UPDATE - I've had this yogurt strainer for almost a year and use it almost every week. It has held up wonderfully and we so enjoy the yogurt!This strainer works very well. It will strain two litres of yogurt. Very easy to remove Greek yogurt from mesh - if you strain a lot of the whey out and make thick yogurt, you can just turn the strainer upside down onto the lid and it will come out in a somewhat solid form, so no spoon is required. It isn't dishwasher safe, but it is easy to clean (I used a foam brush). You do have to be very gentle with the strainer as it is delicate. It's a lot of money for such a simple system, but it certainly does simplify the straining of Greek yogurt.
