Review: Yes they do work - While they look quite inconsequential right out of the box, once fitted they really do seem to be working very well with no more sinking feeling. To other buyers, measure up to see what combination of the provided sizes gives the least amount of exposed pillar not enclosed and the smallest residual "sink". The units are a tight fit on our chair and needed a little help from an "F" clamp to snap together.
