I love this hot chocolate mix! I'm lactose & grain intolerant so I was thrilled when I found this. I've ordered it several times now & will continue to do so. I use it with chocolate almond milk & it's delicious. I heat the milk first in a small pot & when the milk is warm I add the mix & stir well. In a couple of minutes I have a delicious drink. It seems like such a small package but it lasts a long time if you only use a scoop at a time. I drink it every evening & it really helps me to relax before bedtime. This brand uses only 3 ingredients and it tastes really good with oat milk or vanilla almond milk. Just warm milk up for 1.5 minutes and add a scoop and mix well with a spoon. There’s a good one for calming you down and helping you relax but doesn’t make you sleepy at all. The night time one has 3mg of melatonin and magnesium to help you go to sleep and have quality sleep. I’ve also used skinny and it helped curb my appetite. So far I’ve been impressed. I know you can’t drink too much stevia so I only have 1-2 a day. I’m going to talk with my doctor about stevia. I hope they make one with monk fruit sugar or something like that.

It is very tasty! I take a cup to bed at night while relaxing and I’m asleep in no time.

I think it tastes good and mixes well, but took a star off because I wouldn't say I personally felt like it did as good a job relaxing me as I hoped, but still, for the clean ingredients and that it mixes well and tastes like any other normal hot chocolate, it's a great healthy treat! I got it for evenings to stop snacking on actual sweets and it does help. It has a nice little scoop that comes with it so you can measure it out perfectly.

It is really sweet, I ended up mixing in my coffee. Trying it as a sleep aide it seemed to work, but very sweet by itself.

This stuff is awesome! Have ordered twice. I never feel like I’m missing out on hot cocoa night and the calming benefits are noticeable! I usually add a little liquid stevia drops cocoa or toffee flavor as well, I’m sure peppermint would be nice also.

Good news: It mixes REALLY well. Bad News: It neither calms me down nor does it taste good. VERY bitter. Gave my wife some and she echoed my sentiments. I saw Cocoa and Stevia (which is my sweetener of choice) and jumped at buying this. Apparently the additional 'stuff' added to it must've messed with the taste? Very misleading reviews (to me) saying that it tastes good. One said it was too sweet. Not even close. Can't even return it. But a phone call to Amazon customer suuport got me my money back. Very gracious of them.
