Comes with the leash (?) to attach (in my case) my saddle horn. I needed something to give me a soft landing and build my confidence back when riding after yet, another horse spooking fall. With much research and no guarantees of never be thrown again, this is an amazing safety addition along with my helmet. I know many riders of both horse and motorcyles wear these, and like those smart folks, i want safety first, fun second. Its pricey but worth every penny.
