Amazing cake! Came out perfectly! And flavour was, my oh my! Dense, moist, yet not sickeningly sweet, just perfect for my liking! From now on, will definitely order this brand whenever I shall crave cake! And to whomever wondering whether this cake mix can be baked in pr cooker or not, yes it can be done. I myself baked it in kadai. But keep in mind, this cake mix is in quite large amount, so in gas it may take long period of time to cook. Mine took more than 1hour.

It says Vegetarian on the package but asks you to use three eggs. Well I didn’t, and as it happens, that wasn’t a horribly wrong choice. three tablespoons of curd with a hint of milk (for half the package) managed to do the job perfectly well. there was no trouble and it tasted quite good. It is very sweet, I wish they had a low sugar alternative.

The flavour of the cake was amazing. It was extremely soft and fluffy. Very easy to make. Just follow the instructions mentioned on the package while baking. My children enjoyed it.

Finally I found Betty crocker cake mix that's made locally and not imported. I wonder since how long it's been available. Anyway, I saw this in ratnadeep and checked it online and placed an order on Amazon right away. It arrived in a day, very well packaged and I set to work. All it needs is oil, water and eggs. Mix the ingredients with the cake mix and grease a baking dish, coat it lightly with flour ( I used atta because that's what I had on hand). Add the batter to the dish. Preheat the oven preferable before you start working with the cake mix. I used an OTG and it needs 10 minutes to preheat. And around 25 minutes for the cake to bake. I made chocolate ganache while the cake baked and poured it hot on the cake. Then I let it cool and refrigerated it. Just before serving, I grated a bar of frozen chocolate. It turned out awesome. We had it with a scoop of ice cream and that made it heavenly

I was always choosing pillabury over betty crocker but this time i ordered this. Yeah, its good in taste but i made some changes in adding. The thing is the texture is a bit different from pillabury but it was also good. Added milk in place of water Added butter in place of oil Added 4 eggs instead of 3 Added some nuts and fruitues. Finally you can go for and try it. Its tastes good.
