Over the next few weeks there were no problem. However after about a month it seemed to lose function and malfunction frequently. It just got worse and worse until it was really unusable. I was frustrated and disappointed but contacted the seller hoping for some resolution. They replied quickly and spent a lot of time trying to find a fix for me. They're sending me a replacement so I am happy to give this product another try. So even though I had some glitches when the phone worked it was user friendly with plenty of storage and a clear screen. It seemed solidly built and had some have to it. At first it was a Solid 5 star but continually got worse however the sellers attention to customer service was was first rate.
